Global reach

With over 175 languages spoken, Leeds is one of the UK’s most culturally exciting and diverse cities. This is one of the city’s greatest strengths. By using the lens of Leeds’s diaspora to connect people and communities, the Year of Culture has helped create a whole new world in the city.
