Use may be made of this material by educational organisations without permission from LEEDS CULTURE TRUST LIMITED if an acknowledgement to the TRUST and the relevant credits used on the website for that material is included. LEEDS 2023 does not tolerate racism or discrimination in any form. We reserve the right to remove offensive, abusive or racist comments made on any of the WEB or SOCIAL ASSETS. Please ensure that any contributions made are respectful, factual and relevant. Comments that incite or promote hatred or intolerance of any group or individual will be removed.

All sales to official LEEDS 2023 events are final. Tickets cannot be returned, nor money refunded, except in the case of cancelled, rescheduled or sold out events. If you can no longer attend a LEEDS 2023 event then we can offer one of the following options;

1. Offer a ticket swap to an alternative date of the same performance.

2. Offer returns for free events. Please contact our Box Office.

3. Visit our official resale provider, Tixel, in order to resell paid tickets. Resales are not guaranteed but every effort will be made to facilitate this.

Payments by LEEDS 2023 for cancelled, rescheduled or resold tickets will be made via the original method of payment.

Where applicable, e-tickets will be emailed to the email address supplied at the point of sale. An e-ticket can be shown on a mobile device or printed on A4 paper for entry. If you have not received your e-tickets from us 72 hours before the event, please contact our Box Office team. It is your responsibility to inform LEEDS 2023 of any change of email address.

Tickets are issued solely for personal use and must not be resold for profit or commercial gain. Failure to comply will make the ticket void and non-refundable.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond our control including without limitation, an act of god, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, pandemics, and acts or regulations of local governments. LEEDS 2023 will not be responsible to you for failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by a Force Majeure event.
