We are looking for a piece of work to be carried out to help guide and inform our approach to designing our organisation and embedding digital across all our work.
We want to make sure we are set up and working in the most effective and efficient way, aligned to user need (both internal and external stakeholders), and harnessing the opportunities of digital tools and technology, to deliver on our vision, mission and strategic objectives.
The impact of COVID-19 also means we need to reimagine how we engage with our stakeholders and audiences and the role of digital in that. We want to understand how digital technology can enable a year of culture to still be impactful at a national and international level, in a socially-distant world.
We are thinking about digital in its broadest form, i.e. an era that shapes each of our expectations and experiences, rather than a tool or piece of technology. Being inventive is one of our core values: we want to design and build something really exciting, relevant and robust.
