We are now seeking an exceptional Finance and Operations professional to join the organisation and support the ambitious delivery of Leeds 2023.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a senior professional with at least five years’ experience gained in a role of similar responsibility and complexity. Our Head of Finance and Operations will have a proven and demonstrable track record of managing financial records, supporting financial strategy and broader operational matters, ideally within the cultural sector or creative industries.
The Head of Finance and Operations will work closely with the Executive Director to optimise financial resources, oversee financial management, deliver accurate financial reports and manage a variety of operational areas including office, elements of HR and some contracts. You will support the Executive Director and Executive Producer in monitoring budgets and mitigating financial risk.
Leeds 2023 is committed to embedding digital across its operations and artistic programming and is developing a Digital Roadmap. The Head of Finance and Operations will be a key enabler of digital best practices across the organisation with experience of leveraging digital technology to support a dynamic, growing organisation.
