Project at a glance

We’ve teamed up with Yorkshire Schools Dance Festival and Yorkshire Dance, for schools across Leeds to spend a day full of dance and performance at The Carriageworks.

Schools will take part in a carousel of dance activities and workshops. The day will end in a series of 5-minute performances from participating pupils in the main auditorium in response to the last theme of LEEDS 2023, ‘Dreaming’.

There are two days of workshops, 18 and 19 October. Each day has capacity for 8 schools. The days will run from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
